Hi, I'm Tony Spryzenski, a REALTOR® with Innovate Real Estate and the creator of Moving You Forward Carolinas. As a U.S. Navy veteran and master barber for nearly two decades, I've built my career around listening to people, paying attention to details, and earning trust through service.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one, or investing in your future, my goal is simple: provide honest guidance, clear communication, and help you move forward with confidence.
My journey hasn't followed a perfectly straight path, every chapter has helped shape who I am today.
Over the years, I've served in the U.S. Navy, worked alongside my father in his roofing company, helped families improve their financial situations, worked in various trades, and spent nearly two decades as a master barber. Every chapter taught me something valuable, but the biggest lesson has been understanding people and earning trust.
Betting on Myself
In 2007, I decided to bet on myself and turn my passion for cutting hair into a career. I worked a full-time job delivering chicken wings nights and weekends while putting myself through barber school. For eight and a half months, I burned the candle at both ends. The only time I spent with my girlfriend was when she rode along on deliveries or came to school so I could cut and color her hair. Today, she's my wife.
Building a Business and a Family
Five years after becoming a licensed barber, we welcomed our daughter and purchased the building where my barbershop still operates today. People told us we were crazy. Instead, we rolled up our sleeves, renovated the building ourselves, and built something that still thrives today. The building now houses a barbershop with independent barbers and a rental space, and it continues to run smoothly even after our move to South Carolina.
Starting Over in South Carolina
In 2022, our family made another life-changing decision and relocated to South Carolina. My wife remained in Massachusetts for thirteen months to finish her career while I moved our daughter here, unpacked our home, furnished it, built new relationships, and laid the foundation for our next chapter. It was another reminder that meaningful goals require faith, sacrifice, and a willingness to put in the work.
Why It Matters Today
Those experiences taught me resilience, accountability, and the value of showing up and doing the work. I've learned that meaningful change doesn't happen by accident. It comes from putting in the work, staying persistent, and having the courage to keep moving forward.
Those who know me would describe me as hardworking, organized, and dependable. I believe the little things matter, communication matters, and doing things right matters. Spending nearly two decades as a master barber has also allowed me to build relationships with people from all walks of life and develop a trusted network of local professionals, tradespeople, and business owners. Whether someone is preparing to sell a home, settling into a new one, or looking for the right person to help with a project, I'm often able to connect them with resources that can make the process a little easier.
Today, I bring those same qualities to real estate. Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and it's often much more than a transaction—it's a major life transition. My goal is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and an experience that leaves you feeling confident and supported every step of the way.
As a U.S. Navy veteran, husband, father, and business owner, I understand the importance of trust, relationships, and having someone in your corner.
I'd be honored to earn your trust and help you move forward.
